Our solution: granITflow – the basic MES system for planning, optimization and control of complex processes such as prefabricated house production
granITflow forms the basis to comply with the given takt times at all production stations by means of an automated sequence planning and route planning. Simultaneously, by means of automatic, rule-based corrections at the constructed elements expensive machine downtimes are avoided.
granITflow serves as an interface between construction and production.

Dashboard / Production control
The HTML5-based dashboard enables visualization of the production plant and integrates automatic sequence and path planning. Production machines can be directly connected to the MES. The direct connection of the production machines to the MES services results in order communication with accurate time stamps.
In addition, automatic operation can be realized, which no longer requires manual intervention.
Production planning and optimization
The data provided by the CAD department is imported and optimized based on rules.
Continuous data checks effectively and preventively avoid errors.
In addition, the MES enables seamless conversion into different data formats and thus avoids possible complications. With the rule-based adjustment of components and machining operations (e.g. OG/UG), the efficiency of the plant is additionally increased.
For an optimum overview and control production plans and reports are generated.
The data in the system can be viewed and verified at any time via integrated 3D visualization.
A holistic solution for all workstations
Another feature is the optional integration of manual workstations. With comprehensive software solutions, these support warehouse management and picking, for example. As in the case of a control of the trolleys or the support of individual barcodes on all elements.
Full transparency
With just a few (mouse) clicks, all data can be visualized, analyzed and easily shared with other employees using interactive reports.
Required data from all areas is collected and presented in an interactive, central platform and is available across data sources for all questions that arise – immediately and without involving other departments. This shortens decisions and the time required for various work steps enormously.
By the way: Any number of users can access the application and use the same data updated in real time.
Access from anywhere
No need for time-consuming installations on the computer, the application is available immediately. The user is completely free in his choice of device, all operations can be booked in and out using a tablet. Windows clients thus become superfluous.
By the way: The backup of your data is done automatically in the background, data loss as with storage on hardware is thus avoided.
Paperless production and scanner support
All Wup data records, Hundegger data records and additionally transmitted PDF files are read in paperless. Paperless production is configured in the shortest possible time and is ready for immediate use. Panel processing and wood trimming merge into one another.
Growing from small to large
Adaptations to customer requirements can be made quickly and cost-effectively at any time, and additional stations can be integrated without difficulty.
Once set up, the system can grow at any time according to the customer’s wishes and is therefore ideal for small and medium-sized businesses. Waxing costs nothing in terms of licensing, as configuration and product are separated and the configuration is calculated according to the effort involved.
