Production Planning & Optimization

Orders are automatically scheduled based on sequence and cycle times and optimally distributed across the production process. Through direct machine connectivity, orders are sent to the machines on a scheduled basis without manual intervention.

2D & 3D Visualization of the Datasets

Data sets are captured electronically and can be displayed in either 2D or 3D visualizations; they are also directly available in digital form at manual workstations

Reporting & Live Tracking

Keep track of the progress of each station and each order at all times. Custom reports and statistics provide additional analytics at the click of a button, while multiple users can access the same live data simultaneously.

Quality Control

Defects are documented directly in the system, and quality checks can be easily configured even for manual stations, ensuring seamless quality assurance throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Manual Workstations

Even manual workstations can be fully integrated into the production process: PDF files and visualizations are available digitally right away, and jobs can be easily added and removed.
